How Rentals Work

- Once details are finalized, we will send a rental agreement to complete your reservation.
Rental Guidelines
- Requests should be submitted at least two weeks in advance to allow time for scheduling and setup coordination.
- A parish representative will be present during your event to assist with facility access and building needs.
- Rental fees vary by space, event type, and duration; our office will provide a quote after reviewing your request.
- Alcohol, decorations, and outside vendors are subject to parish policy — please note any special requirements in your request.
